Today's faces of bfy is none other than Shun Xiang! Here are a few words from him.

We have always been searching high and low for happiness in life, which remains ever-elusive in today's world that baits us in an endless chase. Little do we realise that we already have all we will ever need to be happy; being contented and appreciating all we have.
I always feel so fortunate to have met the teachings of the Buddha, and to have had a taste of what it means to be at peace and to be happy; happiness that comes from within, that does not depend on external conditions. And that is something I'm immensely grateful for as well (:
Perhaps if we stop looking outwards, and just open up to what we already have, maybe it will dawn on us that what we are looking for is right under our noses.
